SCLC offers social skills coaching, parent coaching, and related educational services for children, teens, adults, and families. All services are subject to separate service agreements and intake documentation provided at the time of booking. Services are not a substitute for therapy, clinical treatment, or medical care.

4. Payments & Fees

Fees for services are listed on the Fees page and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via the booking platform used to schedule your appointment.

Chargebacks & Disputes: If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly. You agree to contact us in good faith to resolve any billing dispute prior to disputing charges with your bank or credit card company.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided at the time of booking. Please review those policies carefully. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee as described in your service agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to pursue non-binding mediation in Yolo County, California before initiating litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue their claims in the state or federal courts located in Yolo County, California.
